Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Filamet at app.filamet.ru (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Description of the Service
Filamet allows users to connect social media accounts and publish or schedule video content through official platform APIs, including TikTok Content Posting API, VK, YouTube, and Telegram, as enabled in your account and by each platform’s approval of our application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You must comply with each connected platform’s terms (including TikTok Terms of Service).
3. Your account and security
- You are responsible for credentials used to access the Service (Telegram login, PIN, or test keys).
- You must not share access with unauthorized persons.
- You authorize us to store OAuth tokens solely to perform actions you request.
4. User content
- You retain ownership of videos and text you upload.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and publish your content to platforms you select, solely to operate the Service.
- You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Publish illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive content.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Attempt to bypass platform limits, spam, or automate abuse.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Use the Service in violation of TikTok Developer Terms, Community Guidelines, or other platform rules.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third parties (TikTok, Meta, Google, VK, Telegram, Yandex, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, account bans, or API limits. Disconnecting or revoking tokens may stop publishing until you reconnect.
7. TikTok integration
TikTok features require separate user authorization. Filamet’s use of TikTok APIs is subject to TikTok’s developer and user policies. You must only request scopes you need and use published content in compliance with TikTok rules.
8. Fees
Filamet may be offered free or with paid features in the future. We will notify users before charging fees.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE PUBLISHING, OR SPECIFIC REACH OR ENGAGEMENT ON ANY PLATFORM.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF NONE).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or platform policies.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
