Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Filamet (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and application at app.filamet.ru (the “Service”), including integrations with TikTok, VK, YouTube, Telegram, and optional Yandex.Disk.

1. Data controller

The operator of Filamet is the individual developer responsible for the Service. For privacy requests contact: filipsurovtsev@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account identifiers: Telegram user ID when you sign in via Telegram or PIN linked to your owner account; optional VK user ID, YouTube channel ID, TikTok open_id after OAuth.
• OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens from platforms you connect (TikTok, VK, Google/YouTube, Telegram Bot API where applicable). We store them encrypted at rest on our server to publish on your behalf.
• Video and media: Files you upload for publishing or scheduling; temporary copies during processing (transcoding, subtitles, thumbnails); optional copies on Yandex.Disk if you enable cloud sync.
• Metadata: Captions, titles, schedule times, content “spheres”, publication status, and logs of API responses (success/failure).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies (session cookie for Hub login), server access logs, and error diagnostics.
• TikTok-specific: When you authorize TikTok Login / Content Posting, we receive data permitted by the scopes you approve (e.g. basic profile information, publishing permissions). We do not receive your TikTok password.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Connect and maintain integrations with social platforms you choose.
• Upload, process, and publish video content at your direction.
• Schedule posts and manage your publication queue.
• Improve reliability, security, and support (including error investigation).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content for advertising profiling.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where applicable, we process data based on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), your consent (OAuth connections), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement).

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only as needed to operate the Service:

• TikTok — when you connect TikTok or publish via TikTok APIs, data is processed under TikTok’s Privacy Policy and your authorization.
• VK, Google (YouTube), Telegram — under their respective APIs and policies when you connect those services.
• Yandex.Disk — if you connect cloud storage, files are stored per your Yandex account settings.
• Hosting provider — our VPS hosts application data in secured infrastructure.
• Law enforcement — if required by valid legal process.

6. Retention and deletion

• OAuth tokens remain until you disconnect the platform or delete your data.
• Uploaded videos on our server are deleted after successful publish or after a short retention window for failed jobs (typically within days unless queued).
• Music Promo ingest files are kept until you publish or consume them from the queue.
• Server logs are rotated and not kept longer than necessary for security (generally up to 90 days).

To request deletion of your data or tokens, email filipsurovtsev@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and restricted server environments. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for deletion.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the Service you acknowledge such transfer where permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Effective date” at the top will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
